"Wow what an experience. Not in a good way.
When I say every staff member hates their job and/or hates you, I cannot stress this fact enough. We were blown away by what an inconvenience you are to every single staff member - front desk, room service, shop staff, parking, service and food…not one person was pleasant the entire time.
And this is not isolated. This just shows that it’s a culture thing at the hotel and it must be reflective of the executive/leadership staff. That only happens after years of intentional control and misery.
The rooms were clean. Good luck getting room service.
I called Sunday morning to front desk after they missed cleaning our room Saturday - she was appalled that I would even ask if they clean rooms, of course they do as long as DND sign is not up! Well ok, excuse me, then I’ll trust you! …I was wrong. We return Sunday night to a dirty room.
That is a microcosm of the whole 3-night trip.
The service breakfast staff portion out your servings like it’s a fitness camp. We’re a family with 3 kids under 12, and you can bet they spoke to my kids as if they’re inmates. It became almost laughable if it wasn’t so expensive.
But the location is awesome. So if you’re ok with everything else sucking- this is your place. Otherwise, run."
