"The place was wonderful. But, breakfast wasn't good enough."

"We stayed for 6 nights as a home base our Boston/Cape Cod area vacation. Our room was very clean and spacious for 4 people. The fitness center had many equipment options and pool/hot tub was great. The breakfast was convenient with lots of options. It is located 10 minutes from a commuter rail station which was great to go to Boston for a day trip. We had a very nice stay overall and highly recommend!"

"For the price per night the cleanliness of the elevator, hallways has alot to be desired. The room was clean and fine. I was charged an additional $10 amenity fee that was not disclosed in the Expedia booking, but was never able to use any "amenities". The small hot tub closed at 9pm which was well before my dinner ended. Stayed at the Best Western Cold Springs the following night which had a great breakfast and friendlier staff."

"The room was very clean, exceptionally spacious, and had a modern bathroom. Overall, it was attractive and comfortable. The only drawbacks were related to noise. The bed consists of a mattress set into a built-in wooden platform, and nearly every movement caused the frame to creak, as though part of the platform wasn't sitting evenly on the floor. In addition, whenever the guests in the room above us used their bathroom, the plumbing noise was so loud it sounded like it was raining in our room....

"I stay at this particular Hampton Inn several times a year. The best thing about this is the staff. The people who manage the kitchen and keep the breakfast buffet going, the maintenance and housekeeping staff are so helpful and professional. The rooms and common spaces are always clean, the outside landscaping is well kept and always clean. My only negative comment is it’s time for some updating. The furnishings are getting a little worn and have been the same for at least 10 years. Having said...

"Friendly staff. We had the misfortune of visiting when some guests left a diaper in the pool so the pool was shut down and we had to use the neighboring hotels pool to swim. Which was the one thing my kids were looking forward to doing for our stay. Also very nice to have the hotel’s phone number connect with the front staff rather than a phone tree, I didn’t expect that!"

"The bigest problem was leaving the facility. Busy road and difficult to exit, especially at or around 5PM during a workday."
