"We had a pretty good two night stay here whilst visiting friends. The hotel is central and close to all amenities, the arena and places we wanted to visit. We had a few misunderstandings with the room type but it was worked out eventually, Housekeeping here are phenomenal and the place sparkles all the time. There were two things we didn’t like - firstly the parking is very limited. Although there is a car park it is small and rammed full - the £10 per night charge is reasonable for the area -...

"We have stayed at the Copthorne hotel before, whilst visiting family in Plymouth. However, unlike previous visits, there seemed to be a general lack of interest in the customer. This was most apparent at breakfast service where, on more than one occasion, food items had run out and staff had to be asked more than once to replace them. The hotel has no air conditioning and ,therefore, it is important not to take a room on the fourth floor - the hottest as we were told by a member of reception...
