Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great. "

"Waited 20 minutes to get into the room only to find room not cleaned properly half eating jar of pickles,orange juice half drank and other food items in the mini fridge then maintenance staff and receptionist had a full blown argument in full sight of my wife and I.
