"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. "We have stayed at this resort several times, but this was our first time in a villa. The villa itself was beautiful—generously sized, well maintained and very comfortable. We came with our family hoping for a peaceful weekend. Unfortunately, our sleep on the first night was seriously disrupted by excessive late-night noise from the bar area behind our villa. Although the bar closed at 10:00 pm, a large conference crowd continued gathering there, with loud conversations, yelling and laughter...
