"Real Heat! Real Hot Water! ibis Ouarzazate was a warm welcome from the night before (no heat in the building). The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. My room had a good view of the surrounding area and there were many places to eat nearby. The staff was friend but not over barring. I will lodge here the next time I am in Ouarzazate."

In addition, the food was the best that we had after spending 5 days in Marrakesh. The location was a perfect walking distance to the UNESCO site. "

"Great camp with outstanding service and a truly unforgettable experience. We arrived very late, but Mustafa was waiting for us and picked us up by 4x4 after we parked our car, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the hot shower. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise camel trek after breakfast, which was magical and very well organized. We also tried the quad ATV, which was exciting and added a lot of fun to our stay. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and gentle. We felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. "An overall good experience. Checking in was easy and fast. The property is pretty with orange and lemon trees everywhere. A bit of a walk for us to our room so if you have health challenges you may want to request something close to the lobby before you check in. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was just ok, but breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of good options. We also liked our room and the staff was very friendly."

"We stayed at White Camel Acaccia - which is a 5 tent camp setup by Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps. Excellent service, clean rooms. Food was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast. Mustafa took care of every little request and detail. Merzouga Luxury Camps have two sites close to each other. This is the smaller site. Personalized service."
