"Extremely dissatisfied — this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
When we arrived to check in, we were told that we had to wait 40 minutes because, despite having a reservation, the hotel was fully booked and there were no king-bed rooms available. After waiting for an hour, we were finally assigned a room, only to have to wait another 30 minutes for a technician to check the air conditioning because it wasn’t working. We were then told that we would have to be moved to another...
