The hotel was very leaky when we had a huge rainy day. They only came to clean our room once in 4 days. I was told at check out that I was...

I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. "The air conditioner was very loud. It made sleeping impossible with it being on. The bathroom was old and dated. The soap holder in the shower was rusty. The shower wasn’t clean right. It had hair sticking on the shower walls. I would not stay here again."
