"Beautiful hotel. Under reno, so there is noise on the beach and pool right now, but it is to make it better. I would have liked a 24 hour shop nearby, like a self serve shop even in the resort for when we arrived late am, to grab snacks and drinks. I think the restaurants should have their menus and hours easily visible online so we know what we are getting and when to go. "

"Hotel was fun and clean. We were on back side way from airport and never heard and air traffic. Restaurant and bar were great. Delicious food and cocktails and enjoyed happy hour pricing. Great value for a great place. Fun way to end a trip!"

"My stay was outstanding! The service, the cleanliness, the rooftop pool and restaurant... all incredible! The pool is temperature controlled. They even have complimentary fitness classes! It's right across the street from Brickell which has lots of food, shopping, and entertainment. We had a great view of the city and cruise port from the room. I'll definitely stay here again. I don't think I've ever given a hotel 5 stars. The Elser is worth 10!!"
