"The resort pool was closed with no notice to guests, we were told the morning of, someone had rented it out so hotel guests had no access all day. Thankfully (so I thought) I had chair reservations at the adults only pool however my chairs had been given away and there were no chairs left. Housekeeping never came in 8 nights although they claim to provide housekeeping services. I had to go to the front desk daily to ask for towels and take out my garbage as no one ever came when I called housekeeping from the room. Service at every restaurant was extremely slow and service at the pool was intermittent. I wouldn’t stay again! This is in no way a resort as they claim to be. The property is mismanaged. I have to give zero stars because that’s what my stay deserves after the aggravation day after day. "
