"Overall decent facilities but nothing impressive. Rooms are very small. The layout of the property makes pool access easy but the bar stays loud late into the night and is directly adjacent to rooms, not ideal for families. Limited food options on property. Some of the staff were great others were not friendly at all. Shuttle service was a big plus."

"Room was used and nasty. Told the person at desk he came to see was I lying. Dirty water was in sink, bed had been slept in trash was on floor and shade was gone. It took him a long time to get us another room get to the room upstairs with my handicapped aunt the ice machines didn’t work only the one down stairs near the front room was not great but at this point it’s 3:30am we just want a few hours but they didn’t say sorry or accommodates us in any way I will never stay here again"

"The staff were incredibly accommodating and so informative. The gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond to help us have the most pleasant experience. One suggestion would be to offer a few more healthy options at your pool bars. What we had was wonderful. The bartenders and waitstaff was amazing. "

"The main reason I stayed here is because they have a 24 hr Shuttle to the airport. I had an early flight so I had to be at the airport at 4 AM. Apparently is a big plus because when I was looking at other hotels near the airport most of their service starts at 6AM until 11 PM. The room was ok, I had a ground level room so it was across the trash dumpsters, The room had many flies that I had to take care of John Wick style. ( I used a towel ) Some of the furniture was a bit old, but hey I just needed a room to spend the night and catch my early flight. Something that I really liked was the view from the restaurant they have in the 9th floor. Food is ok too, not that amazing but something to have to not go hungry. Overlooking at downtown Miami and the airport, I thought that was pretty cool. So definitely some pros and cons but overall an ok place to spend the night. They also have a car rental place in the lobby, I can't remember the name but I think that's a plus too if you want to grab a rental to explore the city for a bit. Staff was very friendly and attentive, everything was taken care of quickly. I would stay again if need be but next time please hold the flies!"
