"The room was very clean and comfortable but we had a few issues. The front desk said they would notify us when the room was ready but failed to do so. The coffee maker in the room did not work. They replaced it. The conditioner in the shower was empty. They replaced it. The breakfast buffet was not maintained well. Many items were empty or close to empty and there were no plates. There were 30 minutes or so left to serve. The beverages were placed in the beginning of the line. Everyone had to set down their juice several times to serve themselves and then carry the beverage through the line. It would be much better for the drinks to be at the end. In all, maintaining the buffet line and coffee should be better. Upon getting ready to check out, we found a small black bug located on an article of clothing. Not knowing if it was a bed bug, we took it to the front desk. She said she would look into it. We checked out, left, and most likely will not return."
