"I tried to cancel a few hours after booking, but because I booked the same day, the employee told me I could not cancel. So, I checked in, while he listened to music on his earpods. As everyone said, the walls really are almost paper-thin. You can hear every single word of the television show that the person next to you is watching. So, you can bet that whoever is in the room over can also hear any conversation you might be having. I couldn't see the surrounding area well because I arrived late...

"Not up to the standards of other Margaritaville properties. Air conditioning did not cool in main area. Bathroom floor was filthy and bathroom smelled. Furniture was stained. Had a room on the Tiki Bar side and we could hear the banging from the music through the walls, thank goodness the music ended at 10 p.m. Not worth $300 per night. One positive are the Mararitaville bath products!!"

"Front desk staff are careless. I requested for a wheelchair mutiple times and wife had to walk a long distance to the room even after explaining to them about her surgery. Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area. Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff."

"Staff was great, however, first room we had smelled marijuana and asked to change, the owner changed to different room but that room again smelled like mold. The over all the building has musky mold smell, I had a hard time sleeping at night because of the smell."
