"Air conditioning was broken couldn’t sleep no one at front desk to help"

"Enjoyed our stay in the king suite, plenty of space for parents and two kids. 1st floor close to pool, although it rained all day. The staff was helpful when we needed extra pillows and comforters. The king bed was super comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was a little on the thin side and you can feel the springs in the mattress on your back. We got an extra comforter and folded it up and placed it on the pull out sofa mattress and it was much better. Kids didn’t seem to mind after that. Our stay was great. Would recommend for family of four. It’s got an outdoor sitting area and our room was close to the pool. The decor was also very tranquil."

"A wonderful property! Perfect location for East Hampton town. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by every single member of staff, nothing was too much trouble. The newly renovated room was fabulous, clean and so comfortable and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a 10/10. I would highly recommended staying here, cannot wait to go back!"

"Location was great, but the bed in room 7 was the worst I ever slept in! The minute we sat down, it sunk so low. I actually had to sleep where your feet go because the bed on that side was a little bit firmer. Another thing, there is an 8in step or drop to the bathroom which I never experienced before. This place has no elevator, so I do not recommend this room which was on the top floor to an elderly person."
