"Checked in late for just a night. Check in staff was great. Mentioned to the morning staff that my room was not clean and just got a “sorry, thanks for letting us know”. Floors had obviously not been swept. There was a half pill on the floor of my room and a large piece of plastic. Pretty disappointed ..."
