"We arrived early and they accommodated us with and early check in. Omar could not have been nicer. Held our luggage until room was ready, recommended places to eat. Excellent 5* Hotel was very clean. All walkable places to eat and shop. "

"breakfast was hot and fresh.room was clean.never did receive airport shuttle phoned 4 times ,finally after 3hours waiting took cab gotto hotel and shuttle bus was at hotel.we never did see this bus at the pick up spot at airport. We have stayed here before many times and never had a problem before,. we will be looking else where next time.We were not the only ones that experienced this problem at your hotel"

"No recomiendo para nada este hotel ya que solo ven por su propio beneficio y no tienen criterio en absoluto de nada. No pudimos llegar al hotel por cancelación de dos vuelos de united airlines y por este motivo perdimos la reservación y el hotel lejos de querer alojarnos decidió que lo mejor para ellos y los toda es quedarse con nuestro dinero aun explicando la situación de lo que pasó. No lo recomiendo el absoluto. "
