"Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request."

"Very nice hotel, clean property with a very friendly staff. The suites are very spacious for 4-6 travelers with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a nice living area. The pool area was also very clean. There was a free breakfast buffet which was decent. One thing to mention - this property attracts people leaving for cruises or flying out of Ft Lauderdale, so there are a lot of families.
