"The only issue I saw was that the shower did not have a handle that could come down to wash yourself. Other than that, the staff was accommodating, very pleasant and kind and courteous, and the hotel was nice and clean.."

"We love the embassy for the pool and breakfast, also for the snack and drink time in the evening. Front desk staff and beach shuttle staff were very helpful. There was a very kind gentleman who helped us with our bags, I wish I got his name. We went looking in the gift shop and the lady with darker hair was absolutely rude and miserable, we left without purchasing anything cause of her attitude. The guy working behind omelet station setting up the orders (not the chef) seemed like we were a bother to him, and we received the wrong omelet 2 days in a row. Other than that we had a grand time by the pool, and it’s in a convenient location to walk and get coffees/food."
