"We recently had the opportunity to stay at a lovely large house that boasted a spacious kitchen and central heating and cooling, making it quite comfortable for our group. However, our experience was marred by several issues that need addressing. While the house itself was impressive, we were disappointed to find that the all-white towels provided were stained and had hairs on them.
