"The pick up at the airport for the shuttle took over 2hrs and did not come to arrivals - they had me meet them at departures. Otherwise, a lovely clean new property."

"Stayed here so we could take an early shuttle (4:00 am) to Logan, and it was perfect! Also took an enjoyable walk down to Revere Beach."

"Overall, I was very happy with our stay. If I had to give some constructive criticism I would say that the pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. I really wish there was a water refill station somewhere central and public. I would love to see some flavored creamer with morning coffee in the lobby. If the pool was warmed it would be so much more enjoyable. Pros: the shower pressure was outstanding. Love the shampoo and soaps. The employees that were driving the airport shuttle were so kind and enjoyable to talk to. I did not find the front desk staff very friendly, instead they were quite short when I interacted with them."
