"Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud."

"The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."

"When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. Very large rooms, very clean, and all staff were great. This is also located across from the ferry so the location was perfect. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants on the street with...
