"Clean hotel. Nothing fancy. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than we expected. We arrived late and left early, so can't review the amenities as we did not use them. Easy and free parking. Excellent stay for the price."

"Overall this is a nice little motel, I was in the single story part so can't speak for the 2 story, but being built in the 60s, the room was a little small, but that's fine just for lodging, if you want a suite, go elsewhere. Here's the good part, recently had an amazing remodel, I've never seen workmanship this good in a motel! All the touches and amenities you could want, very clean, well managed, and a very nice breakfast nook with coffee, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast and bagels, etc. A few miles out of town, past Cornell university, little navigating but worth it. Quiet spot, traffic in the morning with a hill/poor visibility one way, so careful with that. And with all that, reasonable! If you need a nice place to rest while in the area, highly recommended!"

"Just stayed here for a quick overnight. Location was ok—there is a mini golf place next door and major shopping within a 5 minute drive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY basic—mandarins, yogurt, cereal, bread/toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, and waffle maker."

The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit to Ithaca. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
