"Great option at CHC airport. Close enough to walk once you see where it is relative to the airport. Shuttle service excellent and friendly. You'll need to call the hotel to request from the airport, so make sure your phone can make voice calls in NZ if from overseas."

"Great location — only about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We had beautiful views of the lake and mountains to wake up to each morning. There was plenty of room for a family, the beds were comfortable, and the heaters worked a treat to keep the apartment warm during winter. The fully equipped kitchen was also really handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to assist with every request we had. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with amazing views, and we would happily stay here again."

"Very clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was great and location was good . Check in and check out procedures could be improved as this took a long time . Parking is charged at $15 per night which wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking hotel."
