Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay."

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "

Remarkable breakfast. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They all went all above and beyond. We highly recommended this place. We definitely back again. "
