"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and love it. It is conveniently located across the street from the tube station so getting around is very easy. I also want to say the beds and the bedding are amazing. "

"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good, but the property is very dated. The bathroom was awkward because the tub walls were very high. The hallways and rooms are furnished in dark, depressing colors. The AC unit was located directly above our bed and began to leak condensation on our final day."

"The common areas were very nice; well maintained and quite nice. My concern was with the room itself. There just seemed to be a lack of “care.” When we checked in there was a half-eaten bag of nuts on the bathroom counter and several of those nuts were scattered on the floor in the bedroom. We appreciated the large flat screen TV but where it was placed obscured artwork on the wall behind it - nothing terrible, but it just seemed to indicate a lack of attention. Lastly, it didn’t appear the exterior windows had been cleaned in years…."
