"There is no fridge in the room We had our maintenance fix the TV!"

"We’ve stayed at various Fairmont properties before and have always had great service, so unfortunately this location fell short for us. First, the hotel itself is beautiful, and we were very happy with the room as well as the gym and pool area. However, we were disappointed with the overall service experience. It took almost 45 minutes to check into the hotel, and the lineup extended from the front desk to the elevators. I’ve never waited that long to check into a hotel before. We also dined at the lounge several times. The food and atmosphere were good, but the evening service was disappointing. We were seated at a table that was dirty and sticky, and when we pointed it out to the server, he simply dropped off a cloth for us to clean it ourselves. We also had to call the front desk from our room twice, and both times we were on hold with an automated system for over 30 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where guests cannot directly reach the front desk and speak with someone. Paying guests do not want to speak to a robot and then wait 30+ minutes for assistance."

"The room was nice with a Nespresso machine and pods included. The bed was comfortable and they had blackout curtains."

"The breakfast offers were good with some fresh baked pastry. The dinner was a disappointment. However, there are many good restaurants in the walkable neighborhood. "

"Excellent staff, and an actual restaurant for breakfast, bed was much better than usual. Used the valet parking. Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!"

"I really loved the location across the Space Needle and Dowtown area. I want to shout out Dan for his insights when we checked in. Nices property and nice breakfast"

"After a long day of travel, the last thing we needed to hear at check in was to come back to the front desk after 23:00 for a parking pass because the person that checked us in didn’t know how to print one. When we returned at 23:00 the person working at that time simply pulled a preprinted slip from a folder and wrote the date on it. When checking out the next day the third person we had contact with wasn’t pleasant and without asking for our room number, took our key cards and went back to what they were doing with out a thank you or any type of acknowledgment."

"Amazing view of the space needle, staff was friendly and bar staff made me the most delicious drink!! Would definitely recommend and book again."
