"Staff was courteous and professional, especially the housekeepers. We had a corner suite which was very roomy and comfortable but some signs of wear and tear. Great location right next to Convention Center. Biggest gripe is only one of the two elevators was working, with no service elevator. So that could be the most heavily used elevator in the state of Washington, and the wait to go up/down could be extensive."

"The view of the space needle from our room was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff and server at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. There were enough choices for breakfast. The airconditioning in our room was loud and ran every few minutes, although we did not check the setting. Using the elevator seemed confusing to most guests, thankfully we’re familiar with it but it would be nice if it’s explained better to new customers."

"Caution if you value quiet and sleep. They will put you right on I-5 with constant freeway noise even if you specifically make a request to be away from the freeway. "

We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. "We only stayed for one night before a cruise. Clean, comfortable. Free airport shuttle, and $25/pp to get to the cruise port the following morning. You just need to set it up with the front desk. Included breakfast was great, staff was helpful. We walked to Sharps Roaster and Ale House for dinner and would definitely recommend it."

On the down side - No technology on the cabins I'm sure there is some intention there, but having even no access to WiFi made the stop a little challenging with real life to keep up with back home.
