"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up. I can understand the absence of a pool, but given the colder Washington temperatures, a hot tub would have been a welcome...

"Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town."

"This is a neat venue with rooms decorated with music artist decor. The rooms are nice, but remember you have to bring your luggage to the 2nd floor with no elevator. Surprisingly, it was quiet in our room even when the music was playing."

"It was lovely. They had a wonderful breakfast that was always stocked in the morning. Bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. And it was literally a 15 minute walk away from Viking Fest, which was our reason for being in town."

"If you ever are looking for the PERFECT boutique hotel on the water in Seattle, you've got to go to the Edgewater Hotel! The staff is like none other that I've met at a hotel! So helpful to ensure you have an AMAZING stay! We arrived early and were able to check in, not the most desirable location, next to house keeping, and too long of walk for a family member due to health issue. "We stayed in Monroe while we went to visit family in Snohomish and this hotel was so worth it! I’d definitely stay here again. I loved how clean the room and hotel were. The staff was nice. The free continental breakfast was great and clean. The pool and hot tub looked great but I didn’t get a chance to use them."
