"We had a gorgeous fountain view room. We loved the ease of checking in and out and getting a virtual key via the MGM Grand app. Dinner at Prime was chef's kiss and brunch at Sadelle's was divine. We loved the piano bar in the lobby and the decorations in the conservatory were incredible !"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Room was nice….no info on internet connection or if they clean room. We called and you have to ask for towels and for service….no pointers on where to get coffee or express checkout where to leave keys"
