"Casino was nice not too crowded and smokey. Lots off food chooses . But did notije that we had to pay a fee for parking every time we where in and out. Since i stayed at the hotel its schold of been one flate fee per day. So that ran up our hotel bill, yes alot was in walking distance..but to have the flexibility "

"The room was spacious, but we had a few issues. The mini fridge was not cold. The comforter on the bed was stained. The only issue we had was that we called the Horseshoe a week prior to arriving and specifically asked if the pool was open, and we were told it was going to be open by the time of our arrival. When we arrived at the Horseshoe on April 9th, we were then informed that the pool was not open and we had to use other hotel pools. When I asked the management if this was a last minute action, they said that different hotels open at different times through the season and the Horseshoe was the last one to open. I just feel like they were aware that the pool was not going to be open when I called And they didn't tell me So we wouldn't change hotels. "

"The renovated room was great! There was not enough staff working to ask questions. We didn’t know the pool was public so it was crazy crowded on the weekend. There was not enough chairs for people to be comfortable at the pool. "
