"I didnt like the homeless people out in front. The dj was awesome friday night. Check in was good. Room was kind of clean. Some dust on places. The conditioner was empty and one light in the bathroom was flickering and went out. Ride share and bus stops were convenient. Like that Starbucks and McDonald's."

"Excellent stay. No complaints. Mountain View rooms also face the Strip, so you get the best of both worlds. Advise staying higher floors for better views above other hotels. 60th and up. (No irons or ironing boards in rooms, only a steamer which you can make work on the table.)"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The employee barely looked at me , did not greet me with a smile, and avoided eye contact throughout the entire check-in process. Things got worse when I was given the wrong floor number on my key packet. As a result, I went to the wrong floor and could not access my room because the key did not work. After calling the front desk, I found out that the floor number had been written incorrectly by the staff. After checking out and returning home, I discovered an unexpected charge of over $200 on my account. When I called the front desk for clarification, I was met with the same rude attitude instead of receiving helpful customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unfriendly service throughout my stay made this a very very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again."
