"Pool closes at 6pm , can't even check in and get into a room till 4pm doesn't open till 9am ..city that never sleeps sure has nothing useful open, terrible service , unorganized. Guest pay for everything. They try to scam you out of money wherever they can"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
