"No complimentary coffee in room - this is instant 1 star. Smoking in casino is another instant 1 star. Mini-bar prices are astronomical - one coffee in polystyrene cup $15! Half bottle of wine $65!. Advertised wave machine in pool area is rubbish. You need to purchase inflatable rings at $30 each for lazy river. The room was a good size."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
