Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. No follow up or apology from staff. Would probably stay again, but would go elsewhere if costs/location were equal. "

"One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever enjoyed. The manager and staff were very cooperative, especially as we have special dietary requirements my little one is coeliac (gluten intolerance) and there were also plenty of halal options available."

"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring London, especially with children. It is ideally located for various transport options and close to alot of major attractions. The staff were all fantastic with the kids. The rooms were perfectly designed for a stay with children. We stayed in a studio and having the extra space with another bed in a separate area made everything slot easier. The kitchenette was also really useful. "

"Booked this for the swimming pool but it was ice cold and unusable which is very frustrating as you end up paying more for a pool - wouldn’t recommend if your wanting to use the pool"

"Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby."
