"I booked a superior room for three nights, I got a nice room but it was an inner room with absolutely no view just other room windows about 2 metres away. Opening the curtains did nothing to let any light in.
I ran out of shower gel on the second day which was not refilled. Nor was it refilled on the third day despite me leaving a large note in the shower asking for it to be refilled.
The room was not cleaned after the second night despite being empty most of the day and me not hanging a do not disturb sign so I had to ask for it to be done so. They did clean it after I had asked but left no towels.
I mentioned all these things to reception on my check out to which I was assured I would be contacted by hotel management, but I’ve heard nothing.
I wouldn’t stay there again despite the excellent location."
