"This hotel is very old and worn down, needs a very good cleaning (look up anywhere in the lobby or room and you will see years worth of dust. Bedside outlets & charging ports did not charge (they just fell out). The fabric chair had multiple stains, even had housekeeping come back into the room to vacuum because the floor had chip crumbs on it, and bring a blanket to cover the chair so we could sit in it. "Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
