La Mirage Inn LAX Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Nice cozy little room, and one of the more comfortable beds in an independent hotel I've ever slept in. Nicely sized TV and a little window in the bathroom, a nice touch. No toilet paper in the bathroom when I got there, but it was quickly remedied by the helpful staff. Pretty decent soundproofing from your neighbors, though some car engines can still be heard, as well as the train by the 105 sometimes. But the AC usually drowns most of that out with white noise so it's fine. Definitely will look into staying here again."

"The room we stayed at was nice, it has a common area in the kitchen with a recording camera(i guess for security,didn't bother me), shared bathroom with other guest between room 3 and 4, It was only provided 1 full towel per guest, and it was a little stinky and stained, It also would be nice to get some wash cloth and hand towels. I had some issues with the doors lock codes but they were eventually fixed within the hour, overall pretty good we found parking on site which was nice but limited. Just have in mind you are sharing with other people and you can hear everything even music at 1am in the morning heavy heels steps walking up and downstairs,other guest leaving the main door open so don't leave nothing personal in common areas bc anybody could get there. I would stay back in this this place but definitely will get a room with private bathroom next time."
