"The hotel needs a lots of updates, the lobby furniture is in a very worn out condition, the bathroom in the room needs a total remodel. There’s a strong gas smell outside next to the pool. The temperature in the lobby is extremely hot, and you can’t ask for extended time at this hotel on the day of your check out. The hotel location is very close to USC and it’s very convenient. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful."

"Property was clean, updated beautiful room with parking. The area feels unsafe but I took public transportation to the LA memorial coliseum both ways and was fine. Metro bus 45 on Broadway $1.75 each way. Also be ready to give a cash deposit of $50. I will be back if I have another event to attend."
