"POSITIVES: Breakfast choices were reasonable for a continental breakfast Beds were comfortable but our room was in the process of being renovated Staff was helpful NEGATIVES: - The property is a MOTEL (not a hotel) and this is clearly stated on the sign leading to the property - There is NO RESTAURANT on site despite the Expedia ad saying there is - The motel is located next to a very busy highway on one side and a much quieter street on the other. Our room was on the busy highway side...

"Very comfortable, very convenient hotel. I was visiting for work so I didn't really do anything at the hotel except sleep, but my room was very comfortable. The person who ran the front desk every night was just about the hardest working person I've ever seen in my life and I think she was the only person working one night, but she still managed to have a positive attitude."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests."

"Hello...I was very impressed with just how beautiful the grounds were ..so close to a main road and at the same time it was quiet and the room was totally spotless. The bed was comfortable. Going home to New Jersey after our stay made the end of out trip wonderful. I was born and raised in that area and I never knew the hotel was there. I will tell my friends visiting New Hampshire about your accomadations. Thank you and we will surely visit again."

"After reading some poor reviews of this hotel I was a bit worried but I have absolutely no complaints at all. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was maybe a little aged but clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay. Used it as a base for Boston for the World Cup. Ubers or lyfts into the city were costing about $40-50 but prices possibly were inflated for the World Cup. And there are cheaper transport options if ur looking to get around on the train."

"They keep charging my card $53 for the deposit 2 weeks after I stayed, I have to open a fraud claim with my bank. Beware, use a prepaid card when giving the deposit or else they will charge your card over & over"

"Only complaint is strong distasteful odor when room door was first opened. Seemed to dissipate after a few minutes. Other than that everything was satisfactory. Staff were excellent"
