"The facility itself was good and clean. Rooms were well maintained. Met with a few staff during the stay; a couple of them were helpful, and one was by-the-book staff. We had a flight at 7:30 AM, needed to be at the airport, and booked an airport shuttle for 6 AM. He was not ready to allow us to the BF area to get coffee and any small snacks while going to the airport. He categorically said it opens at 6 AM. Kind of felt rude; the previous night, the staff indicated we could take what was available before the shuttle. We were not there to eat all the BF before the shuttle; a cup of coffee was all we wanted. Another staff member came and told us we could take BF items that were ready. We ended up drinking two sips of coffee as the shuttle arrived and dumped the rest in the trash."
