"I can only give this property one star—and that is solely for the friendliness of the staff, which was the only positive aspect of our stay. We originally booked a four-night visit but ended up leaving after just one night. The property is nothing like what is pictured online. Our room was in extremely poor condition and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. One pillow was missing a pillowcase, and the single washcloth provided had visible toothpaste and what looked like food residue on it. There were stains throughout the carpet and on the furniture, and dust lined the entire perimeter of the room. To make matters worse, there was an unidentifiable and very unpleasant substance on the door frame at eye level. There was also no extra bedding provided for the pull-out bed. The amenities were equally disappointing. The pools ran out of towels with no clear timeline for restocking, and the lazy river didn’t have enough tubes for guests. There was ongoing construction, and accessing the waterpark required walking through active work areas with trucks moving around. Additionally, you’re not allowed to bring anything into the waterpark except water, which was inconvenient. During the night, one of the wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers fell off and crashed into the tub. Later, someone pounded on our door at 2 a.m., which felt unsafe and unacceptable. We couldn’t leave fast enough. This was a very disappointing experience and far below what we expected."
