When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"Hotel itself seemed clean enough but the room was a disaster. Bed was wet, which I discovered agreed laying down for a bit and my back soaking up ... Whatever it was. Shower pipes we're noisy/squealing the whole time, ironing board was literally disintegrating, sharing broken pieces all over the floor. Iron ruined my white shirt leaking rust all over it. Floor felt skinny to talk barefoot on. Really a horrible room experience."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. In a good shopping/food/main highway area and close to the airport. However....the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the sheets and pillow slips had stains that looked as if the bed had not been washed. Air went out after a couple of days, and breakfast was more like a morning snack, which was okay with me (granola bar/muffins/oatmeal packets, tea and coffee). There attendants were great and I actually felt...

"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly. Today on our last day, one of the older ladies running the market/ breakfast was extremely rude & short. We had questions on the breakfast package and she couldn’t be bothered. Mike in the market was so nice & kind! "
