"The room was not clean. There was black smudge on the wall. Not sure if it was mold or not. There was a stain on the comforter. The sliding door out to the balcony was bolted shut. It would’ve been nice to know that we weren’t able to use the balcony before we got there. The only good part was the amenities. They had three pools which was good. And it was walkable to the beach."

"The place was clean, it looked exactly as what is on display online. The walk to the beach was perfect!!! I will say it does not bother me when I am in an downstair unit as it is expected to hear the ruckus of others. The restrooms were very up to date and clean! Kitchen was supplied with almost any appliance needed so that a big plus. The pool and pool area were kept up with, we had the best time. Looking forward to being back soon. "

"this condo was clean but barely equipped with necessities. There were no carpets or mats on the floors so had to use towels especially in the shower areas for slippery floors. Couch looked very worn. Dining table legs were wobbly. Refrigerator does not have ice or water (they did provide ice trays). There are only two small hand towels in the kitchen. The beach view was spectacular and the grounds are kept very nicely and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a nice stay."
