I enjoyed all the amenities that were included especially the 3 different pools. I liked how close we were to the beach and didn't need to drive anywhere to get there. The room was clean a little dark only 2 floor lamps in corner and 1 light as you enter room. I didnt like that they were short on bathroom towels and ended up waiting for a good amount of time until I gave up and had to use the beach towels. Other than that great stay

We liked being close to SpaceX but missed the takeoff, and still enjoyed the beach. The hotel had many issues. All of the pools are only 3 feet deep; some of the tiles on the pool floors were missing, and the restaurant outside refused to give us our receipt, which doubled our cost. Entering the parking lot to the hotel is confusing

The lobby and rooms are excellent spaces. The restaurant is overpriced, the specialty coffee area was not open the whole time we were there. Breakfast buffet is good. The umbrella rental situation is not as great as other hotels. The pool areas need major help. No vibe at some points and way too loud at other times. Needs painting, better towels and chairs. Parking is not ideal, kind of limited.

Room is old and barely maintenance. Bedding is not comfortable, feel moisture. Restaurant service and food is poor. We paid double compare to others because of good pictures and location, but disappointed. The only good thing is the nice beach which should be similar to other hotels along the island.
