The place was clean and comfortable. Nice walk to the beach and a quick walk to the drive up liquor store! The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t cook. Would stay again.

Location was great, apartment itself was cute and nice. Bathroom was not clean, sheets were dirty, comforter smelt like it had not been washed in a very long time. Reached out to owner and never received a response. Price was high for the uncleanliness. Dirty sheets are never acceptable.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. 5 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you don’t want to eat out. Washer and dryer were great. Condo was very clean and neat.

One of the best Condos so far and very good price.

Amazing , 2nd time staying in this condo and it was amazing as always! Pool has a limit of 6 ppl at a time which was very comforting considering the circumstances. The utility closet had extra chairs and even a wagon for us to borrow to take down to the beach! There's even an electric grill which we used to make steaks out last night. Very comfortable and has everything you need to cook and feel at home! Would definitely stay again!

Close to the beach and very homey. This is the nicest place we’ve stayed at in south padre island by far. Highly recommend this place and we plan to stay here every visit to the island.

The property was very nice and clean. We had trouble with the key code and the management answered right away. They were very friendly! They have several appliances, even a crockpot. They have chairs you can use for the beach too. Very close to the beach.

Perfect for family with small kids
We had so much fun at rain dancer! Two adults, three small kids and it was perfect! Everything was clean and it’s a short walk to the beach! We filled the fridge with out own groceries and had our own little apartment for Labor Day weekend. We just relaxed, walked back and forth to the beach and played in the pool. It was magical!

Check-in was very easy (directions emailed to you). The house was nice location (beach walking distance - at the end of the street) close to all shops / restaurants on Blvd. Hair from previous guest was in bathroom shower and hair found in towels / washcloths also. I love to cook and dust was on most dishes and utensils had to be pre-washed. Neighbor upstairs wears heavy work boots and walks the floor from 4:15- 5 a.m. each morning. Parking was good. Loved washer and dryer for beach towels but no detergent for dishes or washer was in the condo - had to purchase. Lots of rules for pool but no one to enforce them.

Awesome first time Condo rental.
When we go to the condo and entered inside we were amazed. The condo had everything you needed. From dishes, washer/dryer, it was like walking into your own home with everything you need to live there. It was like five minutes walk with kids, they even provided beach chairs, beach blanket, and table too if you wanted to carry it. Place was amazing we will be coming back more in the future. Only thing I would like to have had was the ability to lock the bedroom door for a little more privacy. This place is awesome and anyone thinking of going to South Padre Island I would say this is the place to stay with or without family.

A hidden gem.
Our stay was fantastic. The condo was spotless and so well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need and then some. Our location was perfect. We were within easy walking distance of the beach on the gulf side of the island, and nothing we needed or wanted was ever far away. We could even watch the fireworks at Louis Backyard from our condo. Our neighbors at the condo were super friendly, and the neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing. The pool and grounds were immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent condo close to everything
This place was excellent and was probably one of the best experiences ever on the Island. Not only is it very private, but it is within walking distance of the beach and is just off the main strip where all the dining, restaurants and bars are located. This is a complete one bedroom condo with everything needed.

Loved our time there! Beautiful area! Loved that we didn't have to carry around a key just use the key pad to open & close. They had everything we could possibly need. It was far enough down the strip that we weren't in the middle of everything but we were plenty close to everything as well. Went to a brewery/restaurant within walking distance one day. Walk to the beach in less than two minutes & is closest to one of the access points with a parking lot, bathrooms & shower. Very clean & beautiful condo!! We cannot wait to come back & we guarantee we will be staying at this condo again!!

Modern und hochwertiges Apartment in ruhiger Lage
Ein neu und sehr modern eingerichtetes Apartment in einem kleinen Wohnblock. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und umfangreich. Es wurde an alles gedacht.Parken direkt am Haus. Strand, Einkaufen, Attractions - alles in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Zentrale und ruhige Lage.
