"The staff was friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff, they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious for a 2 queen room. It would have been nice to have an in room microwave, but there was one available in the lobby. I liked that they had a coffee bar, it would have been nice to have it available at 6 instead of 7. Parking was tight, thank goodness that there was parking across the street."

"The room appeared to be newly renovated, which was nice. However, it did have maybe like a paint smell or some type of chemical smell to it… Also the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, as there were dirt from maybe shoes and also some hair strands, so I knew it hadn’t be cleaned. The staff did come our 2nd day there, made the bed, replenished towels, and the sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner. The outdoor property grounds were appealing and well maintained."

"Decent location in Jackson Hole. Easy to leave and head up to Grand Teton, but you will experience traffic on your way into the city due to the one-lane road. The main room was spacious and bed/pillows/sheets were adequate. Solid kitchenette and shower. I docked one point from the rating because there was a musty smell when running the A/C unit."

"Visiting the National Parks, cute fun city with lots to do !!! Hotel was very nice , we had the hospitality suite. Packed lunches for our long hikes!! And could do our laundry."

"The place was reasonably priced, safe, clean and conveniently located. That is my base standard. However, the building has zero sound proofing...every night we could hear people above us and next to us talking loudly, banging things, walking very heavy. I could even make out adults yelling at their kids and could hear the words they were saying. An isolated case of loud neighbors? Maybe. But simply walking around your room shouldn't be heard by those below you."
