"We chose to stay at your hotel specifically because we had an early flight and needed a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to what appeared to be an ongoing party that continued well past midnight. There was constant noise—banging, loud voices, and items being dropped—which made it feel as though it was happening right outside our door.
We were under the impression this is a hotel frequently used by guests with early flights. Is there not a designated quiet hours policy in place?
As a result, we got virtually no sleep, which is extremely disappointing—especially for a short 10-hour stay at over $300 per night. We were also unable to take advantage of the included breakfast due to our early departure.
This experience has left us quite dissatisfied, and unfortunately, it makes us unlikely to choose your hotel again."
