"We have always loved the Silver Legacy for the food, entertainment and location. The only downside is only one elevator to and from the parking facility. We thought the other elevators maybe down for maintenance but the elevators were not functional the year prior."

"I always have such a great time at the Grand Sierra. It’s my stop after Burning Man to clean up and reset after some dusty desert time. It always great, and has tons and tons and tons of amenities for you to get lost in. Thank you GSR for always providing a soft landing!"

"The hotel is very clean, the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. We were on the 12th floor of the concierge tower. Staff was super helpful. Parking is easy and plentiful. It is a very nice place to stay in Reno."

"Cute suites and reasonably priced. However, there was a stack of CRUSTY socks in the dresser in my room. The smell was HORRENDOUS and I gagged as I threw them into the trash. Cleaning crew needs to check drawers after each use so no one else encounters that kind of surprise!"
