"The hotel, rooms and breakfast are excellent. The only bad thing was the front desk guy at night, he was very rude, the system was out and we were not able to check in, it took almost 2 hours, we were tired but still we understood it was no ones fault, still the guy was very rude and very sarcastic. Thank God I reserved with Expedia, they were great on the phone and they help me with the rude guy. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back."

My only complaint is that the pancake maker was broken, sadly. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet! Highly recommend!"
