"Charged $17/day for a transient fee that wasn’t explicitly noted anywhere & requires $300 deposit. Does not offer room service (as simple as water/juice) as shops connected are separate entities. Nice view & cool location, it seems the homeless population is a San Diego problem in general so just be cautious."

"The staff were always friendly. I would suggest getting an upstairs room as there was concern of little critters on the bottom floor. But it was cleaned well. The location was amazing."

"Our stay was good, not what I expected, but decent. Our room had marina view, which was nice, but we were sent to another tower some what far from the main. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool was freezing cold. Our room needs to be updated, needs renovation, but the room looked clean. Parking is expensive too, plus resort fee on top of booking. Close to San Diego city zoo but 30 minutes away from safari San diego zoo."

"What a great facility for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The ammenities are wonderful for kids, with lots of things for them to do to stay entertained. The views are gorgeous, and the bayfront rooms allow easy access to the beach at any point. We'll definitely be back with family and friends."

"The hotel is beautiful and well kept. However, it was difficult to enjoy the pools, due to the water being so cold. We asked multiple times to heat up the pools and nothing was done about it. Multiple people/families ask the same."
