"The Sofia was fairly disappointing. While the property was conveniently located downtown, the staff was less than friendly. We requested an early check in which was not possible but were given looks while we waited in the lobby. One staff in particular, Ian, was arrogant and judgy. The rooms were fine, but we all heard rustling in the walls (perhaps mice or bats).
The bright spot of this hotel is the new restaurant, Truva. Mark, Kevin and Tommy were excellent and we had some wonderful drinks! They were welcoming and friendly, unlike their hotel counterparts. The decor is beautiful and the food was delicious!"
