"I booked two rooms (#2 & #27). In the first room the toilet flush was running all the time, in the second room, the bathroom door wouldn´t close because it was installed incorrectly!!!! In summary, a newly built hotel to forget about, zero points!!!!!"

"We were informed very late that we couldn't access rooms until 1 hour after standard time. When given access we found one room not cleaned. When informing staff we only got options: wait for "someone" to clean room or take another room, without sea view. We asked them to clean the room.
