"I wish I wrote his name down, but the person at the front desk when I arrived was so beyond kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. My reservation did not come through. Since it was through a travel app, he offered ways that I could resolve it. He came by to ask if I wanted a glass of water as I worked through it. Above and beyond while working with other customers that had arrived."

"The room that was assigned to me shouldn’t have been since it clearly was still under renovation. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched up and the shower was missing the middle part of the hardware. The room was cleaned and the dirty towels was rolled up and place on the shelf that was outside of the bathroom. "Looks like they are repainting and repairing the hotel. Smoking was an issue for us. People smoked outside their rooms or as they were walking through the outdoor hallways. "

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

"Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only. "
