"We had a decent stay. The hotel is nice and feels refreshed but I feel like the staff could step it up. The front desk staff were not that friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but it felt tiny and cramped. The AC is super loud. Room service was through the app and was able to order from diff nearby restaurants-- that was convenient. We stayed 3 nights and asked for housekeeping service after first night and they never came.
The drinks at the hotel are great! I never got a "bad" drink so kudos to the bartenders. Food options are not the best. Need to walk out for more. (But i feel like all of Tahoe has blah food)
Arcade was great for the kids but noticed A LOT of games were out of service. The pool area is super cute but the chairs are limited, and most of them say reserved. I saw some people annoyed that there werent any available and it wasnt even crowded.
Theres no spa but you can walk to the Harrahs one, Reflections. I had a great massage but the spa doesnt have that much to it. So kind of expensive for barely any amenities. But the staff was super friendly and great.
Parking lot is not connected to the front lobby. Unless we missed it?
So overall, it was a decent stay. Just some annoyances."
